1. Psychosocially health is a complex interaction of mental, emotional, social and spiritual he
alth. Good psychosocially health is having the best for life, high energy and a realistic sense of self and others. One way a college student might have to deal with psychosocially is you have to work for good grades, and you will likely meet new people and culture’s that u will have relationships with.

2. Psychosocially health factors

A. emotional help: I think emotional help is hard to change because their could be a death in ones family, which might be hard for one to control their emotions.

B. social health: social health can be changed easily by joining a activity, or group of friends

C. mental health: can only be changed to a certain extent. Not every one is born with the same mind

D. spiritual health: can be changed by enjoying their surrounds, and being more conscious of their life and universe

3. There is a couple steps to improve my psychosocially, I can change my emotional help by sticking by my family and close friends when times get hard. I can improve my social life by going to party’s, hanging out with friend, joining a group or activity. For my mental health I can follow the path of great people. Study their life style to create my own. Spiritual help to yourself can consist seeking a religion and different cultures

5. Laughter: enhances your mental and emotional health. People love to be around those who make them feel loved and humored. Humor will help you better achieve wellness by making you less depressed, and more loved.

6. The factors that contribute to psychosocial difficulties are a poor self esteem, no personal control, and putting yourself in a depression.

7. Depression warning signs are feeling discouraged by life and circumstances feeli
ng extreme guilt and worthlessness. Women are more likely to experience depression, it is nearly two times more then the rate of men due to normal factors including pregnancy. The best way to help a depressed person would be to stick around them and keep their head full of positive thoughts.

8. Prozac and Zoloft medications are highly used for help with depression . Cognitive can help someone , look at life rationally and correct, habitually and also psychotherapy will help some mild cases.

9. The psychosocial areas of my life that need to be worked on best are my social and emotional feelings towards life. I plan to go out more with friends and to have a girlfriend for my emotional needs.

Secondary and tertiary . Health promotion consist of your educational, origination, environment, social, and financial life style. One should be healthy by caring for his own diet, fitness, emotional wellness, and nutrition.

5. HBM heatth belief model means to show when, beliefs effect behavior change. Theory of reasoned action is our behavior from intentions to perform action. An older smoker knows the threat of heart or living problems, they are more likely to see as a threat then a teen.

6. Predisposing factor might help a women who wants to sell drugs, because she knows the art of drug dealing. growing up around it might want to make her do it.


Enabling factors physical things, she might sell drugs cause she doesn’t have a car or food for her children

Reinforcing factors presence or absence of support, she see’s the neighbor selling drugs and decides if she does it and not getting cause so could she.


7. Steps to get a friend to stop smoking

Step 1: precontempilation; smoking has cause you to have bad breath and yellow teeth
Step 2: contemplation; tell them every time u see them some your going to make them give you a dollar
Step 3: preparation; say something like most people like to smoke after food and sex, stop at those points and you are likely to quit
Step 4: action; tell them to try a different activity when they get urges you most.
Step 5: maintenance; trade something for every hour of the day they don’t smoke. Like a dollar
Step 6: termination; I have traded him enough to know it means something and he doesn’t smoke any more. Say im proud of you for quitting
